Hey Friends,

I just created a site called GabyVmusic.com. This was an idea a friend of mine had to help give me a little spark with the music creating process. The idea is to have one new song posted on my site each week. The spark has really worked and I am already on week number 4, which means I have already uploaded 4 new songs.
Each song posted is totally original and unique to the going's on in my life for that week. I have vowed to follow through with the weekly creation for one full year, so that means at the end of the year I will have a total of 52 new, original songs. Anyone can go on the site (GabyVmusic.com) to listen to and download songs.
People who subscribe to the blog (that's you!! :>) and/or email list can get the song emailed to them immediately when the new song is posted each week.
I am really trying to run with this thing. I am asking for feedback from anyone and everyone on the GabyVMusic.com site. Subscribers can give their own recommendation on themes for upcoming week's songs and also post responses and critiques to songs already posted.

This year’s artist lineup features an amazing array of artists with an emphasis from the exploding Northern California music scene. We are absolutely tickled to announce the following confirmed acts:

I was finally unpacking ambiance from the weekend this morning and discovered a bag of trinkets, pictures etc that people had placed on the altar. As a result, I have decided to leave Tea Leaf Green to pursue some of my life's other passions. I wish my brothers in the band only the best. Their future is surely bright. Most of all, I am so grateful to my family, friends, and fans. You've always encouraged my free spirit; thanks for your continued support.

In any band, there exists a dynamic between the collective's goals and those of the individual members. At times, aspirations that were once aligned, diverge. This is one of those times. There have been rumors that the festival is sold out---THIS IS NOT
TRUE. One day tickets are also available directly thru the lodge at
209/379-2606. ALO is the only band doing 2 full sets, on Thursday,
starting at midnight. ALO is also playing Friday October 26. And Dan
Lebowitz will be playing with Guitarmageddon on Friday. JGB feat
Melvin Seals and David Kemper (orig has been added to the Sunday
lineup.
There are also cabins still avail on Thurs and Sunday night,
and reserved onsite camping available for the entire weekend, please
call Evergreen Lodge at 209-379-2606 to reserve. There is even FREE
camping across the street. Themes are a costume contest on Saturday
at the Halloween Masquerade Ball, and the Full Harvest Moon Soiree on
Friday...

SINGLE DAY TICKETS can be purchased thru the front
desk of Evergreen Lodge for $40 for Fri or Sat or Sun, and $20 for

Camping info:

- free camping is as close as 150 yards from the Evergreen, about a one
minute walk
- free camping is w/o any facilities or services, it is just open
forest/ground.
- If folks want more privacy and serenity, they can just camp farther
away from the lodge on any fire road.
- RV's are allowed on fire roads
- Be bear safe and store food securely in cars, not in tents. Bears are
VERY active this year.
- Campfire permits can be picked up at any forest service office and
camp stoves are allowed.
- Evergreen is planning to have paid showers

I don’t know if any of you heard of the Joshua Tree Music Festival in Cali…but the same fella has put together another festival- Check out their myspace page. 2nd Annual Joshua Tree Roots Music Festival
October 20 & 21, 2007

The 2nd annual Joshua Tree Roots Music Festival is happening October 20 and 21 at the Joshua Tree Lake Campground, in the shadows of the infamous National Park. This rootsicana newgrassy folkadelic experience is for music loving souls of all ages. The music is continuous, alternating on two stages in one bowl, creating an intimate festival experience. Temperatures in the magical Mojave desert in October are ideal!

The festival lineup includes The Avett Brothers, Hot Buttered Rum, Uncle Earl, The Greencards, Dan Bern, South Austin Jug Band, Jake Shimabukuro, Martha Scanlan, Merle Jagger & Tim Easton, Carolina Chocolate Drops, Reverend Peyton's Big Damn Band, the Everybodyfields, Bluehouse, Honky Tonk Train, and the Trespassers.

I have Midnight on the Reservoir, Earth and Sky, and the double Indie (of which my firsrt disc is gone via ex ladyfriend... and if anyone kindly wants to shove me a copy.. I would adore it.... it isn't stealing as it is "techincally" out of print and no longer available... unless you buy something off their site.... you get it free. Anyhoo...

A friend just got me a copy of "Ocean View" or whatever their first one was, before MOTR. I am a collector and rather find hard copies, but if I must have it this way.... where can I print the artwork from? Is the burnlounge got it? I didn't find full artwork anywhere.. any ideas?

We've seen the great shirt and sticker ideas on the forum, so we'd like to give you a chance to design some new Tea Leaf Green merchandise. One lucky winner will have their design made into a t-shirt this summer to be sold on the Tea Leaf Green official online store and at shows. So while we are hard at work designing new merch for fans to wear and help spread the word, why not get in on the ground floor???

Here's the deal: all you have to do is come up with a new TLG Design, and email a digital version (in any file format) to Fanart@tealeafgreen.com. The overall winner will receive a $150 design award, 4 tickets to an upcoming show of his or her choice along with backstage passes, and six shirts featuring his or her design. Hello from the Edge,

My name is Denis Lowe and I am the creator of the Mad Hatter's Ball. Let me tell ya'll what I have in store for ya. First of all the Boondock Bay is a little known club here in San Francisco that has yet to be tapped into by the Jamband music scene. The boondocks is located in the Portrero district right off of Bayshore Blvd. (just about 5 minutes from the Mission district). The acts include and are not limited to Something Different opening up with their bud Martin Fierro, DJ Tom and DJ Rickshaw keeping things goin on the ones and twos during set breaks, a set break Tea Party, and three sets of Tea Leaf Green plus a couple of surprises all winding down around 4am. This party is set to be one of the biggest throw downs any TLG fan has ever seen. The party is going to be an Alice in Wonderland theme and costumes are strongly encouraged for you do not want your head to be chopped off by the Queen, haha. Since this will be the inaugural expedition of the Edge of the World I am committed to producing more than just another concert, The Mad Hatter’s Ball will be an epic experience to be recorded in the books. Not only will I be providing what I hope to be a top notch atmosphere and entertainment, but I hope to add to the potency by providing a chance to own hand screen printed poster art, gift bags for all, and pretty much a “stoking” of the entire audience. I will also be providing space for my friend Jon’s nonprofit organization, Conservation Value. Which I will be donating $1 from every ticket sold as well as 3 very limited edition signed, hand screen printed posters for auction and raffle. Tickets are available on the TLG website, InTicketing.com, and for those who would like to hold that little beauty in their paw a.s.a.p., from me @ Café Terra Cotta, 201 Octavia Blvd., San Francisco, CA.

The bottom line is that this is my first event and I really want everybody involved to experience TLG in a whole new way. That is by providing an ambiance to be rivaled by Mr.Leary himself, making sure that each individual person at this show is having the best TLG show of their life. Because after all if there was not the support of all of you fans, there would be no reason for those boys to git up der and rock your fuckin socks off.

June 2nd Trevor will be at Cafe Dunord in SF with Billy Talbot (bassist for Neil Young and Crazy Horse) and Samantha Stollenwerk. Doors 8 show is at 9 and it's $10. Should be a pretty good night of music.
